V.2 #1 (September 1998): Cover: The Rugrats are at Didi's school, with Phil & Lil scratching their finger nails on the chalkboard, while irritating Tommy & Chuckie. Lil says, "Aunt Didi's blackboard has an itch!" (Why would Lil call Didi "Aunt Didi", especially since the twins are not part of Tommy's family?)
