(If you think Rafi's jumper looks familiar, it's similar to the one that Phil & Lil wears on the original "Rugrats" TV series. In my opinion, it's still up to debate on whether or not the twins' mother, Betty, is a bi-sexual (she dresses like one). This personal speculation is what led to Rafi having unusual parents.)
